Job summary

Abhay Bhagat Co. in Mumbai’s Santacruz East is seeking an experienced accountant to manage end-to-end books and tax compliance. The role requires hands-on GST and TDS work, and strong proficiency in TallyPrime and Excel.

You will reconcile ledgers, finalize accounts up to TB, P&L and Balance Sheet, and prepare schedules for audits and income tax returns while coordinating with clients for timely information.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant accounting experience.
• Independent GST, TDS and account finalisation experience essential.
• Experience in CA firm or accounting services preferred.
• Candidate must work full-time from the Santacruz East office.
• Candidates residing in Mumbai's Western suburbs or with convenient daily commute preferred.

• Coordinate directly with clients for information, queries and pending documents.
• Prepare basic MIS reports and communicate accounting or compliance matters to clients and seniors.

Candidate Requirements:

• B.Com, M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Three to five years of relevant accounting experience.
• Independent experience in GST, TDS and account finalisation is essential.
• Good knowledge of TallyPrime and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication, client-handling and follow-up skills.
• Experience in a CA firm or accounting-services organisation will be preferred.
• Candidate must work full-time from the Santacruz East office.
• Candidates residing in Mumbais Western suburbs or having a convenient daily commute will be preferred.

Remuneration: 4 lakh to 6 lakh gross CTC per annum, depending on experience, technical knowledge and ability to manage assignments independently.
