Ralco Synergy is seeking an Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive with 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce accounting and payment gateway reconciliation. You will manage payment gateway settlements, bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and maintain accurate financial records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform payment gateway reconciliation across Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, Stripe, CCAvenue, etc.
• Reconcile settlements with banks and ERP records.
• Investigate discrepancies in settlements, refunds, chargebacks, and failed transactions.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and close outstanding items timely.
• Process vendor invoices and customer payments accurately.
• Assist in GST data preparation and statutory compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Generate MIS and reconciliation reports for management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, gateway partners, and banks to resolve issues.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce accounting and payment gateway reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing payment gateway settlements, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly payment gateway reconciliation (Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, Stripe, CCAvenue, etc.).
• Reconcile payment gateway settlements with bank credits and ERP/accounting records.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to settlements, refunds, chargebacks, and failed transactions.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely closure of outstanding items.
• Process vendor invoices and customer payments accurately.
• Prepare GST-related data and support statutory compliance.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Generate MIS reports and reconciliation reports for management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, payment gateway partners, and banks to resolve reconciliation issues.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Payment Gateway Reconciliation.
• Experience with settlement reconciliation, refunds, chargebacks, and payment discrepancies.
• Good understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Experience working with Zoho will be added advantage
• Knowledge of GST and basic accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
