Looking for: Accounts Executive

Department : Finance & Accounts

Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Industry Preference: Fintech Domain

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
• Record financial transactions as per company policies and accounting standards
• Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets
• Handle vendor/client invoicing, payments, and expense tracking
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and organised accounting records
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Coordinate with auditors, internal stakeholders, and external vendors
• Drive automation opportunities and support digitisation of accounting processes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance)
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in accounts and finance (1‑3 years preferred)
• Prior experience in the Fintech domain is an added advantage.
• Prior Experience in Digital Payment transactions is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems preferred
• Tech‑savvy with a passion for automation tools and digital workflows
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance processes
• Strong MS Excel and financial analysis skills
