Mojojojo Creators seeks an Accounts Executive, Receivables and Payables to manage customer invoices, collections, vendor dues, and entry posting in Tally Prime and ERPNext.

You will reconcile balances, support monthly closes, and ensure accurate documentation across marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.

Qualifications

• CA Inter or M.Com with 4–6 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with ledger scrutiny and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Tally Prime and ERPNext.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage Receivables: invoices, collections, aging, and reconciliations.
• Manage Payables: vendor balances and reconciliations.
• Record entries in Tally Prime and ERPNext; maintain bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile marketplace settlements and ensure payouts explained.
• Support monthly close, MIS, and audits.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, vendors, and internal teams.

Accounts Executive, Receivables and Payables

Can you spot the missing settlement before anyone asks? If a mismatched ledger makes you curious and you enjoy following a transaction all the way to closure, this role is for you.

Craa is half a million homes in and heading for 30-40 million. You will bring clarity to the everyday flow of money.

What you will own

1. The Receivables

Customer invoices, collections, advances and ageing reports. Follow up on overdue amounts and reconcile customer balances, resolving differences with sales and operations.

2. The Payables

Vendor dues, payment workings, vendor advances and ageing. Reconcile vendor balances and resolve differences with the relevant teams before they turn into disputes.

3. The Entries

Record purchases, sales, receipts, payments and journals accurately in Tally Prime and ERPNext, each with complete supporting documents. Reconcile bank accounts regularly.

4. The Marketplaces

Reconcile Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplace settlements against sales, returns, fees, deductions and bank receipts, so every payout is explained.

5. The Follow-through

Track credit notes, debit notes, pending settlements and claims. Follow up with marketplaces, vendors and internal teams until every discrepancy is resolved.

6. The Close

Support monthly book closures, ledger scrutiny, MIS workings and audit schedules, with clean documents ready before anyone asks.

What you bring

• 4-6 years of relevant experience, with strong basic accounting knowledge including ledger scrutiny and reconciliations
• CA Inter or M.Com
• Hands-on with Tally Prime and ERPNext
• Confident with Excel: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP and SUMIFS
• Comfortable with high transaction volumes, organised documents and clear follow-ups with vendors and internal teams
• You take responsibility for accuracy and deadlines
