Job summary

Sakshi Gopal Developers is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

The role requires strong Tally and MS Excel skills, GST/TDS knowledge, and the ability to work with vendors, auditors, and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Excellent working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Good practical knowledge of GST and TDS compliances.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good English communication skills will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle the company's day-to-day accounting and financial records.
• Manage accounting entries, ledgers, invoicing, receivables, payables and vendor accounts.
• Maintain and manage accounts using Tally.
• Handle bank reconciliation, cash/bank transactions and regular account reconciliation.
• Manage GST, TDS and other statutory accounting compliances.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements and MIS reports as required.
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, auditors, consultants and other relevant parties.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting and compliance-related activities.
• Take responsibility for maintaining the company's accounts in an accurate, systematic and up-to-date manner.
