Job summary

Raj Seeds Bhopal is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and generate MIS reports. The role involves GST compliance, bank reconciliations, and coordinating with auditors and authorities.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime, advanced Excel, and strong analytical problem-solving skills. B.Com/M.Com degree required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of accounting experience in a corporate setup.
• Experience handling day-to-day accounting, MIS, & statutory compliance.
• Proficient in GST, TDS, and bank/cash reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Handle purchase, sales, payment, receipt and journal entries.
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare MIS, financial and management reports.
• Handle invoice processing, billing and payment entries.
• Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Manage GST compliance, TDS calculations, deductions and return filing.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ledger scrutiny.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations and internal policies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks and government authorities.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
• Guide junior accounting team members and support process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle purchase, sales, payment, receipt and journal entries.
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare MIS, financial and management reports.
• Handle invoice processing, billing and payment entries.
• Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Manage GST compliance, TDS calculations, deductions and return filing.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and ledger scrutiny.
