Job summary

Arting Digital Private Limited in India is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5–8 years of post-qualification experience to lead Finance & Accounts operations. The ideal candidate will oversee financial reporting, taxation, compliance, budgeting, audits, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage end-to-end financial processes, prepare statements and MIS, monitor cash flow, ensure Ind AS and GST compliance, supervise payroll and audits, and implement

Qualifications

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5–8 years post-qualification experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Ind AS, GST, TDS and Income Tax.
  • Experience in financial reporting, audits, compliance, budgeting and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Lead budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
  • Ensure compliance with Ind AS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory regulations.
  • Handle statutory, internal, and tax audits with auditors.
  • Oversee payroll accounting and statutory compliance.
  • Manage AP/AR/GL, fixed assets, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closures.
  • Provide financial analysis, profitability reports, and strategic insights.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement finance policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with banks, consultants, and financial institutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior finance team members.

Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5–8 years of post-qualification experience to lead Finance & Accounts operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, compliance, budgeting, audits, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

Required Skills
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliances.
  • Hands-on experience in financial reporting, taxation, statutory audits, and internal audits.
  • Experience with ERP/Accounting tools such as Zoho Books, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or Tally.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and financial modelling expertise.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in SaaS revenue recognition and subscription-based business models.
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and business finance.
  • Experience supporting investor reporting or fundraising activities.
  • Strong business acumen with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
