The role focuses on strengthening cash flow and efficiency across shippers in UK/EU regions, with a strong emphasis on SOP adoption and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com).
• Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level.
• 3+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, accounts receivable (collections) or general ledger experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement new and existing SOPs.
• Identify operational barriers and root causes; propose solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Research invoice disputes and provide resolutions within SLA to support shippers.
• Support enterprise shippers through tickets and escalations.
• Reconcile invoices and manage credit notes for effective cashflow and transactions.
• Reconcile payments and match invoices to payments received from different shippers.

Key job responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities, Include But Not Limited To

Basic Qualifications
