Job summary

DigiRecruitx in Ludhiana is seeking a Team Lead to guide the accounting team, ensuring top-tier service and efficient workflows. You will oversee daily operations, review client files, and drive continuous improvement using technology.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of team management, CA or MBA in Finance, and a preference for Big 4 or Canadian outsourcing experience. Location: Ludhiana. CTC range is 10–20 LPA with an incentive program after 2 years.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA in Finance is required.
• At least 1+ years of experience managing an accounting team.
• Big 4 experience is highly preferred.
• Asset: experience with a Canadian outsourcing firm.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

As Team Lead, you'll manage daily operations and elevate client services. Your key responsibilities include:

• Team Oversight: Manage staff workloads and foster a productive environment.
• Quality Assurance: Prepare process documents and review client files meticulously.
• Bookkeeping & Engagements: Review bookkeeping and prepare working papers.
• Tax & Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure adherence to firm accounting processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Utilize technology for learning, share knowledge, and enhance service delivery.
• Project Support: Assist with ad-hoc projects, including administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For:

A self-starter with strong communication skills and a proven track record.

• Experience:1+ years managing an accounting team
• Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.
• Preferred: Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is highly preferred.
• Asset: Experience with a Canadian outsourcing firm is an asset.

Compensation & Perks:

• CTC- 10-20 LPA(Depending upon experience)
• Incentive Program: Eligible for an accountant incentive program after 2 years (2% of Canadian client billings for fully managed files).
• Vacation: Two weeks annual vacation (no vacation in Jan & Jun due to tax deadlines).
