Job summary

FiNOPS is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager with deep IFRS expertise to lead a team of 4–8 accountants and manage high-value international client accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for key clients and drive quality, accuracy, and compliance across your portfolio.

Your responsibilities include delivering consolidated IFRS statements, resolving IFRS issues (IFRS 15/16/9), developing SOPs, and conducting monthly client reviews while mentoring the team across multiple time

Qualifications

• CA (ICAI) with 7–12 years of post-qualification experience.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS standards with hands-on implementation experience.
• Prior experience managing a team in outsourcing or CA firm environment.
• Strong ERP skills: NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle Financials.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple client time zones when required.
