Job summary

Dover is seeking a QuickBooks Specialist to remotely support accounting workflows and data validation. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop and a solid bookkeeping background to ensure accurate financial reporting.

As a contractor, you will review, reconcile, and streamline data across invoicing, payments, and reports while maintaining high attention to detail. Remote work enables flexibility for multi-client support.

In this role, you'll use your day-to-day QuickBooks experience to review accounting workflows, validate financial data, and identify inconsistencies to help improve AI systems.

Responsibilities:

• Work with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop

• Manage invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations

• Generate and review P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports

• Maintain Chart of Accounts, customers, and vendors

• Identify accounting errors and workflow issues

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop

• Strong bookkeeping or accounting background

• Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Bookkeeper, Accountant, Finance Professional, or Small Business Owner
