Ciel HR in Ernakulam, Kerala is seeking a finance professional to manage billing, accounts receivable, and GST-compliant accounting processes. The role involves coordinating with Sales and Logistics to ensure timely dispatch and accurate invoicing.

You will also handle debit/credit notes, journal entries, and daily MIS reporting to support business decisions. This position offers growth within a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Billing & Dispatch: Prepare sales invoices, e-way bills, and dispatch documents.
• Accounts Receivable: Monitor customer collections, outstanding balances, bank receipts, cash discounts, and ledger reconciliations.
• Accounting & Documentation: Process debit notes, credit notes, sales returns, cheque returns, journal entries, and maintain statutory records.
• MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily MIS, collection reports, outstanding reports, sales meeting reports, and other management reports to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Billing & Dispatch
  • Prepare sales invoices, e-way bills, and dispatch documents.
  • Verify GST, HSN codes, pricing, sales orders, and coordinate timely dispatch with the Sales and Logistics teams.
• 2. Accounts Receivable
  • Monitor customer collections, outstanding balances, bank receipts, cash discounts, and ledger reconciliations.
  • Handle customer billing queries, direct factory sales, security cheques, and bounced cheque documentation.
• 3. Accounting & Documentation
  • Process debit notes, credit notes, sales returns, cheque returns, journal entries, and maintain proper statutory records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with GST and company accounting procedures.
• 4. MIS & Reporting
  • Prepare daily MIS, collection reports, outstanding reports, sales meeting reports, and other management reports to support business decisions.
