Shakti Enterprises in Hyderabad is seeking a diligent accounting professional to manage GST compliance, MIS-driven financial analysis, and the full accounting lifecycle. You will handle invoicing, payables, reconciliations, revenue recognition, and monthly closings for B2B operations, while coordinating with sales and logistics to resolve queries.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and willingness to travel for branch visits and audits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure GST compliance by maintaining accurate records and timely filing.
• Analyze financial data using MIS tools to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage accounts payable from invoice receipt to payment with accuracy.
• Oversee the complete accounting lifecycle: invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
• Monitor billing and payment follow-ups; resolve disputes promptly.
• Ensure revenue recognition in line with applicable accounting standards.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings for B2B operations.
• Maintain GST, TDS and other taxes compliance and data sharing for filings.
• Reconcile supplier schemes.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics and other teams to resolve accounting queries.
• Assist internal and statutory audits; prepare reports and reconciliations.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Conduct branch visits and travel as required.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GST regulations by maintaining accurate records and filing returns on time.
  


• Analyze financial data using MIS tools to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement.
  


• Manage accounts payable process from invoice receipt to payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  


• Manage the complete accounting lifecycle, including Invoicing and collections, Reconciliations, Journal entries and ledger scrutiny


• Monitor and manage timely billing and payment follow-ups, dispute resolution


• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with applicable accounting standards.


• Coordinate Monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings financial reporting for B2B operations


• Maintain compliance with GST, TDS , other applicable taxes ensure timely sharing of data for compliances


• Reconciliation of suppliers schemes


• Work closely with internal personnel like sales, Logistics, and other teams to resolve accounting-related queries.


• Assist in Internal audit, Statutory audits, prepare necessary reports and reconciliations


• Analyse financial data to identify trends areas for process improvement


• Conduct branch visits and travel as required
