Job summary

Kairos Technologies is seeking an experienced Account Manager Infosys C2H / IT Staffing to own and grow the Infosys staffing account. The role requires hands-on experience managing Infosys as a client within a staffing/recruitment setting, focusing on contract-to-hire and high-volume submissions.

You will coordinate with internal teams, manage vendor relationships, and drive performance metrics, SLAs, and operational excellence across the full lifecycle from requirement receipt to onboarding.

Qualifications

• 6-11 years of experience in IT staffing / contract staffing.
• Prior direct experience handling the Infosys account is mandatory.
• Hands-on Infosys C2H / Contract-to-Hire requirements experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Infosys client account as primary SPOC.
• Handle Infosys C2H / Contract Staffing requirements from receipt to onboarding.
• Coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams for timely submissions.
• Manage client communication, requirements, feedback, interviews, and closures.
• Maintain relationships with Infosys hiring, TA, vendor management and stakeholders.
• Operate VMS/vendor platforms and ensure accurate updates.
• Track submission-to-interview, interview-to-offer, and joining funnel.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account execution.

About the Role

Kairos Technologies is looking for an experienced Account Manager Infosys C2H / IT Staffing to take ownership of our Infosys staffing account.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Infosys as a client from a staffing/recruitment organization, specifically across Contract-to-Hire (C2H) / contract staffing requirements.

This is not a generic account management role. We are specifically looking for someone who understands the Infosys staffing ecosystem, client engagement processes, vendor management, requirement flow, candidate submissions, interview coordination, onboarding and ongoing account operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Infosys client account as the primary account management SPOC.
• Handle Infosys C2H / Contract Staffing requirements from requirement receipt through candidate onboarding.
• Coordinate closely with internal recruitment/delivery teams to ensure timely and quality submissions.
• Manage client communication, requirement clarification, candidate feedback, interview scheduling, selections and closures.
• Maintain strong relationships with Infosys hiring, talent acquisition, vendor management and other relevant stakeholders.
• Work through client VMS/vendor platforms and ensure accurate and timely requirement/profile updates.
• Monitor submission-to-interview, interview-to-selection and joining funnel performance.
• Track TAT, SLA adherence, pending feedback, interview status, offers, joining and dropouts.
• Coordinate onboarding, extensions, conversions and other post-selection activities.
• Handle escalations, issue resolution and day-to-day operational challenges.
• Support commercial discussions including rates, negotiations and account-level requirements wherever applicable.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment, HR, operations and finance teams for smooth account execution.
• Prepare and maintain regular MIS, account performance reports and pipeline updates.
• Identify opportunities to increase account penetration and improve delivery performance.

Mandatory Requirements

• 610 years of experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment / Contract Staffing / Workforce Solutions.
• Prior direct experience handling the Infosys account is mandatory.
• Must have personally worked on Infosys C2H / Contract-to-Hire requirements.
• Experience working for a staffing/recruitment company or IT services organization as an Account Manager / Client Manager / Client Relationship Manager / Delivery Manager / Staffing Account Manager.
• Strong understanding of client/vendor management processes.
• Hands-on experience with VMS / vendor management platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for delivery.
• Strong ownership of client issues, escalations, SLA/TAT and account performance.

Preferred Experience

• SAP Fieldglass or similar VMS experience.
• Experience working with MSP/vendor-managed accounts.
• Experience handling high-volume C2H staffing requirements.
• Experience managing multiple Infosys locations/business units.
• Experience with staffing commercials, rate negotiations, onboarding, extensions and conversions.
• Experience preparing account MIS and performance dashboards.

Important

Candidates without prior hands-on Infosys account management experience will not be considered.

Candidates who have only worked as recruiters without owning/managing the Infosys client account are also not suitable for this position.
