Job summary

Travozet Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and cash flow management.

The candidate should have strong GST, TDS, Income Tax, bank reconciliation, credit/debit notes, and internal controls experience within a manufacturing setup. Experience in manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation, cost accounting, and working capital management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) with additional qualifications preferred.
• 10-20 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, taxation and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger scrutiny and journal entries.
• Handle bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, customer balances, and inter-company reconciliations.
• Oversee GST compliance including GST returns, ITC reconciliation, e-invoicing and e-way bills.
• Ensure timely TDS deductions, payments, and return filings.
• Coordinate Income Tax compliance and tax calculations with consultants.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and payment schedules.
• Prepare credit/debit notes and related adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and government departments.
• Monitor receivables/payables and maintain internal controls.
• Support budgeting, inventory accounting, and month/year-end closing.

Job Summary

Travozet Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Account Manager And Sr. Account Executive to manage the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and cash flow management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in a manufacturing organization and a thorough understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, bank reconciliation, credit notes, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger scrutiny, journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Handle bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, customer balances, and inter-company reconciliations, wherever applicable.
• Manage GST compliance, including GST returns, input tax credit reconciliation, e-invoicing, e-way bills, and GST documentation.
• Ensure timely TDS deductions, payments, return filings, and reconciliation.
• Handle Income Tax compliance, tax calculations, assessments, and coordination with consultants.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, fund planning, and payment schedules.
• Prepare, verify, and process credit notes, debit notes, and related accounting adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and government departments.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, payables, customer credit limits, and overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and strengthen internal financial controls.
• Support budgeting, cost analysis, inventory accounting, and month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com, MBA Finance, or CA Inter will be an advantage.
• 1020 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of accounting operations, GST, TDS, Income Tax, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Expertise in bank reconciliation, financial reporting, credit notes, debit notes, and cash flow management.
• Experience in manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation, cost accounting, and working capital management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software such as Tally, SAP, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team-management skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, maintain accuracy, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in manufacturing industries will be preferred.
• Should possess strong knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliance.
• Must be capable of independently managing accounting and finance operations.
• Should demonstrate integrity, attention to detail, and effective team coordination.
