Trigent Software in Bangalore needs an Account Manager who has owned revenue and managed P&L to drive growth beyond the first contract. You will oversee attendance and timesheet processes, build strong client relationships, and coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure onboarding and compliance.

With 5+ years in staffing or recruitment, you will mine accounts, expand business, and manage escalations while delivering value to leading clients across industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in staffing, recruitment or RPO with revenue and P&L ownership.
• Proven account mining and client growth.
• Strong attendance and timesheet knowledge.
