The role requires B.Com with CA Inter/CMA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent, with hands-on experience filing GST/TDS returns, export-import accounting, and preparing MIS, cash flow statements, and management reporting.

Qualifications

• B.Com with CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Hands-on GST and TDS filing experience and audit coordination.
• Experience with export-import accounting, foreign remittances, or LC/BG documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial operations including bookkeeping and statutory compliance (GST/TDS/Income Tax).
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and management reporting.
• Oversee export-import accounting, including LC/BG documentation and foreign remittances.
• Maintain Zoho Books and use Advanced Excel for modeling and reconciliation.
• Supervise and upskill the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and high performance.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with banks, external consultants, and authorities.
• Ensure timely month-end closures and strong accounts payable/receivable discipline.

• Coordinate audits and liaise with banks, external consultants, and government authorities.
• Ensure rigorous accounts payable/receivable discipline and timely month-end closures.

MUST HAVE SKILLS

• B.Com with CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
• Demonstrated hands-on experience filing GST and TDS returns and coordinating audits
• Can describe specific experience with export-import accounting, foreign remittances, or LC/BG documentation
• Proficient in Zoho Books and Advanced Excel can show real examples, not just claim familiarity
• Has prepared monthly MIS, financial reports, or cash flow statements independently
• Comfortable liaising directly with banks, auditors, and government authorities
