About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, accounts payable & receivable, taxation, and banking processes. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Maintain accurate accounting records using Zoho Books or Tally.
• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities.
• Perform banking-related activities, including payment processing and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and reconcile GST returns (GSTR-1) and GST reconciliations.
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and related compliance.
• Generate financial reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables for data analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely financial operations and statutory compliance.
