Job summary

Insight is seeking a Google Workspace Renewal Specialist to manage renewals and drive growth for North American SMB customers. You will identify upsell opportunities across Google Workspace plans, Gemini Enterprise licenses, and related Google solutions while coordinating migration and training with internal teams and partners.

You will engage customers ahead of renewal dates, negotiate terms, and build long-term relationships, with the option to work hybrid from Delhi NCR and other India

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales or customer success with renewals and upsell focus
• Deep knowledge of Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise licenses
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills
• Experience supporting the North American market and willingness to work EST night-shift hours from Delhi NCR

We will count on you to drive customer retention and growth by managing renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and supporting a seamless customer experience.
