Job summary

Insight is seeking a Project Manager - Product Owner for hybrid roles across Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad or Gurugram. You will own the product backlog for Google Cloud Platform projects, conduct discovery workshops, and drive Agile delivery with cross-functional teams.

You will translate business needs into actionable user stories, manage scope and budgets, and collaborate with UX and cloud architects to achieve high-value software outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in client-facing IT consulting or professional services.
• Experience leading discovery, backlog definition and Agile delivery for custom software builds.
• Strong communication with UX/design teams and cloud ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead client discovery workshops and user research to identify business needs and define MVP scope.
• Own and refine the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, priorities, risks and delivery docs.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate with UX, engineering and cloud teams to deliver outcomes.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, change requests and client communications across engagements.
