Job summary

Insight is hiring a Service Desk Representative in a hybrid Delhi NCR region. You will support desktop hardware, software and telecommunications equipment and act as the front line for customer inquiries via in-person requests, phone, email and chat.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2–4 years in a corporate help desk role; MTA, A+ or Network+ are preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential, along with familiarity with ticketing and

We will count on you to respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, email, and chat. Along the way, you will get to:Manage customer issues across inbound channels, including in-person requests, phone queues, email, chat, web forms, and ticketing databases.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, password, Microsoft operating system, security, desktop application, peripheral, network, and account-management issues.Accurately prioritize, categorize, track, and log calls, tickets, chats, and other requests in line with client or internal protocols, and proactively follow up on open issues.Guide end users on equipment, software, and reference materials; research issues using available support resources; and collaborate with teammates to recommend resolutions and improvements.Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.
