This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad experience solving complex challenges and developing scalable solutions in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.Responsibilities:Contribute to projects at all stages from early discovery and architecture to full end-to-end application development and technical consulting for customersEffectively manage your time across 1–2 concurrent projects, working within teams that vary in size and scopeWork closely with solution architects, project managers, and engineers to define and deliver high-quality user experiencesImplement production-grade fullstack applications using Node.js and React/ React Native.Implement AI-integrated workflows that combine enterprise data sources with large language models.ExpectationsRequired Travel - Limited (<5%) travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events.Customer Facing - You will interact with customers regularly, sometimes daily, other times weekly/bi-weekly. Details of the timeline are shared closer to the start date.Job RequirementsRequired Credentials:7+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on fullstack architecture.1-2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI-driven applications or agentic workflows.Required Qualifications:Deep expertise in Node.js (backend) .Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks, specifically React & React Nativebuild responsive and intuitive user interfaces.Cloud Native Backend Development: Expert-level proficiency in designing scalable, serverless, and containerized microservices using Google Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and GKE.Experience designing and building production APIs with proper contracts, error handling, and documentation (RESTful API and gRPC service development).Strong architectural thinking - ability to evaluate trade-offs, identify bottlenecks, and design for scaleExperience writing comprehensive automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end)Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, from engineers to executivesDebugging and problem-solving skills for complex, distributed systemsUseful Qualifications:Familiarity with Python or Golang for specialized backend services.Experience implementing agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, Google ADK etc.Experience tuning applications for non-functional requirements, i.e., usability, maintainability, scalability, availability, security, portability, etc.Experience using Google Cloud Platform, in particular serverless (Cloud Functions), containers (Cloud Run, Kubernetes), and platforms (App Engine)Experience interfacing with Architects, Product Management to design and implement solutionsExperience working with and diagnosing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub actions, Bamboo, Jenkins, Harness, or GCP Cloud Build)Familiarity with frontend web technologies, particularly React and AngularContainerization with Docker and orchestration with KubernetesWhat you can expectWe’re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your localcommunity.
