Job summary

Paracoat Products is seeking an Invoicing Executive Warehouse to manage warehouse invoicing and related accounting activities. The role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles, ERP systems, and warehouse operations to ensure accurate invoicing.

The ideal candidate will handle invoices, maintain records, verify stock movements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth warehouse operations. Graduate/PG in commerce or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in invoicing or accounting
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficient with ERP systems and warehouse-related transactions

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices related to warehouse operations accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate financial and invoicing records for warehouse transactions.
• Verify inventory movements and ensure accuracy of stock-related documentation.
• Manage inventory control processes and support reconciliation activities.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to warehouse transactions and inventory.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Stores, Logistics, and Accounts teams for smooth operations.
• Assist in ERP system implementation, maintenance, and effective utilization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and verification purposes.
