Responsibilities

• Basic accounting knowledge, including posting entries in the Journal Book, Bank Book, and Cash Book.
• Working experience with accounting software packages such as Tally and SAP is required.
• Good communication skills are essential for effective correspondence with bankers, suppliers, and contractors.
• Preparation of purchase orders for suppliers and GST-related formalities before dispatch of materials.
• Booking of purchase invoices from suppliers and maintenance of inventory records.
• Preparation of commercial invoices, coordination and submission of export documents to the bank.
• Handling post-shipment activities, including updating export incentive files, tracking BRC, and updating EGM details.
• Month-end activities, including verification and reconciliation of suppliers' ledger accounts.

• Basic accounting knowledge, including understanding various expense heads and posting accounting entries in the Journal Book, Bank Book, and Cash Book.
• Working experience with accounting software packages such as Tally and SAP is required.
• Good communication skills are essential for effective correspondence with bankers, suppliers, and contractors.
• Preparation of purchase orders for suppliers and completion of GST-related formalities before the dispatch of materials from suppliers premises.
• Booking of purchase invoices received from suppliers and maintenance of inventory records.
• Preparation of commercial invoices, coordination and arrangement of all relevant export documentation, and submission of export documents to the bank.
• Handling post-shipment activities, including updating export incentive files, tracking Bank Realisation Certificate (BRC), and ensuring the timely updation of Export General Manifest (EGM) details.
• Performing month-end activities, including verification and reconciliation of suppliers' ledger accounts.
