Job summary

Nagreeka Hydrocarbons in Kolkata is seeking an experienced accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, keep bank accounts updated, and handle export/import documentation.

The candidate should be proficient with Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word, with 5 years of accounting experience and familiarity with GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in export/import documentation.
• GST, TDS, PF/ESI statutory filings awareness.
• 5 years accounting experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain day-to-day business transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, purchase orders).
• Keep bank accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions.
• Handle statutory filings - TDS, GST, PF/ESI.
• Assist senior manager and CA during audits.
• Manage invoicing, expenses reporting and payroll.
• Download bank statements daily and perform reconciliation.
• Finalise Books of Accounts.

Role & responsibilities

Experience in Export and Import related document.

• Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc .
• Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions
• Handling statutory filings - TDS, GST, PF/ESI
• Helping to the senior manager and CA at the time of audit.
• Manage all accounting transactions like invoicing, expenses reporting and payroll.
• Downloading of bank statements daily and perform reconciliation.
• Books of Accounts Finalisation .
