Job summary

Bommidala Enterprises is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage banking liaison, forex payments, and export document handling from its Hyderabad operations.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience in accounting within manufacturing/export sectors, a B.Com/M.Com and strong knowledge of I-GAAP, MS Office, and accounting software. You will ensure timely statutory filings and assist taxation teams.

Qualifications

• B.Com or M.Com is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting.
• Industry experience in manufacturing/export is preferred.
• Knowledge of I-GAAP and ICAI auditing standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Liaison with bankers for updating and settlement of BL/IRM/BRC/SB/ORM
• Maintain trackers on EDPMS/IDPMS
• Maintain documents related to export business
• Accounting of forex payments and reconciliations
• Support Indirect Taxation for data for statutory filings
• Have knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Understand Trade Services activities
• Be self-motivated and eager to learn new tasks
• System savvy; work on accounting software
• Aware of I-GAAP and ICAI auditing standards
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Dedicated to completing tasks within deadlines

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Industry: Preferably from Manufacturing / processing industry having exports

Qualification: B.com/M.com

Age: between 25 years to 40 years

• 1. Liaisoning with Bankers for the updating and settlement of all BL/IRM/BRC/SB/ORM
• 2. Maintaining tracker on EDPMS/IDPMS
• 3. Maintaining of all documents related to export business
• 4. Accounting of forex payments and reconciliations
• 5. Supporting to Indirect Taxation department for providing the data to file statutory filings
• 6. Having professional knowledge on basic accounting principles
• 7. Able to under stand the Trade Services activities
• 8. Self-motivated and enthusiasm to learn new works
• 9. System savy, able to work on accounting softwares
• 10. Should aware of I-GAAP and auditing standards issued by ICAI
• 11. Good at in using of window office like, word, excel and PPTs.
• 12. Dedicated & committed to complete the assigned tasks within the allotted time.
