Job summary

KAAPRO is seeking an experienced accounting professional in India to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain the general ledger, and ensure accurate financial records.

You will handle GST and TDS compliance, perform bank and vendor reconciliations, and coordinate audits. The role requires attention to detail and knowledge of Indian accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day accounting operations and general ledger.
• Sales and purchase accounting, including invoice verification and reconciliation.
• GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and GST reconciliation.
• TDS calculation, challan preparation and quarterly compliance.
• Bank reconciliation and management of banking transactions.
• Vendor payments and ledger reconciliation.
• Inventory accounting and reconciliation.
• Audit coordination and preparation of audit-related documents.
• Handling banking documentation, CC renewal, export/foreign transaction-related documentation, etc.
