Job summary

Fair Exports in India seeks an experienced accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate cash flow, and support financial control across the business.

You will prepare monthly MIS, handle GST and tax compliance, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in payables and receivables.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations: journal entries, bank reconciliations, voucher entry, ledger maintenance.
• Prepare GST filings, e-way bills, TDS, and tax invoices.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in accounts payable/receivable.

Job description

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, voucher entry, bookkeeping, general accounting, ledger maintenance, purchase entry, tax invoices, e-way bills, GST filing, TDS deduction, sales entry, and journal vouchers.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial transactions to maintain a healthy cash flow.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable/receivable.
