Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Handle purchase, sales, cash and bank transactions.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, debit/credit notes and payment records.
• Maintain bank reconciliation and cash book.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in GST, TDS, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and e-invoice related work.
• Verify bills, expenses and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors and internal departments.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
• Prepare daily/monthly MIS and account reports.
