Job summary

Subhash Infraengineers in Gurugram, Haryana, is hiring an accounts professional to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, GST compliance, bank reconciliations, and MIS reporting. You will process invoices in Tally ERP, perform vendor reconciliations, monitor TDS deposits, and handle monthly closings while ensuring accurate records.

The role involves maintaining financial records and assisting directors with accounting of credit card statements.

Responsibilities

• 1. financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable
• 2. Bank reconciliation
• 3. Knowledge of GST filling GSTR-1 & 3B, with GST working report
• 4. Knowledge of RCM under GST act
• 5. TDS compliance / monthly TDS deposit working and reconciliation
• 6. Maintaining accurate financial records,
• 7. Preparing MIS reports,
• 8. Processing invoices, knowledge of E-way bill
• 9. Monthly closing activities
• 10. Proficient in accounting software such as Tally ERP, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
• 11. Vendor Reconciliation
• 12. Day to day accounting entry update in tally
• 13. Site visit If required
• 14. Accounting of director books and credit card statement
