Job summary

Aristo Metal Industries in Mumbai is seeking an experienced accounts assistant to manage Tally entries, record receipts and payments, prepare customer invoices, and maintain GST records.

The role involves bank reconciliation, ledger maintenance, vendor and customer follow-up, and day-to-day support to management on accounts activities. Strong knowledge of GST and TDS is required, with attention to documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Tally accounting software and entries.
• GST and TDS familiarity for compliance and filings.
• Experience with invoicing, receipts/payments, and ledger maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Making sales and purchase entries in Tally.
• Record receipts and payments.
• Preparing customer invoices and billing entries.
• Maintaining accounts records and documentation.
• Vendor and customer payment follow-up.
• Bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
• Maintaining GST and other accounting-related records.
