Job summary

Botree Software in India is seeking a Finance executive on roll with CMA Inter or CA Inter and at least 2 years of experience to manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and AR closing processes.

The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and compliance with GST/TDS requirements, while maintaining AR MIS and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in AR, invoicing, and cash applications.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping mandatory.
• GST and TDS reconciliation knowledge is valuable.

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with Zoho Books or any cloud-based accounting software — preferred
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including data entry, basic formulas, and reconciliations
• Knowledge of GST and TDS reconciliation and filing
