Job summary

Botree Software is seeking a Finance Executive to manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable. You will handle invoicing, payment application, reconciliation, and aging analysis, collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure timely collections and accurate AR reporting.

The role requires CMA Inter or CA Inter with 2 years in audit or corporate finance, proficiency in Tally and MS Excel, and knowledge of GST/TDS. Based in Chennai, on-site.

Qualifications

• CMA Inter or CA Inter qualification with 2 years of experience in audit or corporate finance/accounts.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of Tally.
• Familiarity with Zoho Books or any other cloud-based accounting software.
• MS Excel proficiency for data entry, formulas and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS reconciliation and filing.
• Good communication and coordination with Sales, Operations, Finance, and customers.

• Working knowledge of Tally (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Zoho Books or any other cloud-based accounting software (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including data entry, basic formulas, and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS reconciliation and filing.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with Sales, Operations, Finance, and customers.
