Ingenium Automation India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Accountant with 2+ years of core accounting experience. You will support day-to-day bookkeeping, invoice handling, tax compliance, and financial record management within a dynamic business environment.

The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software and Excel, and collaboration with senior accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of practical accounting experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate daily accounting entries, vouchers, ledgers, and accounts payable/receivable records.
• Generate customer invoices, track vendor bills, reconcile accounts, and follow up on receivables.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, manage petty cash, and coordinate bank transactions or vendor payments.
• Assist in GST (GSTR1, GSTR3B), TDS, and quarterly/annual tax routines.
• Maintain organized files for purchase orders, contracts, tax receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Work with senior accounting professionals to prepare schedules and documentation for audits.

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with at least 2 years of core accounting experience. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working closely with a Senior Accountant or Accounting Lead, giving them a practical understanding of day-to-day bookkeeping, invoice handling, tax compliance, and financial record management within a business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• General Ledger & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate daily accounting entries, vouchers, ledgers, and accounts payable/receivable records.
• Invoicing & Billing: Generate customer invoices, track vendor bills, reconcile accounts, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Banking & Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations, manage petty cash, and coordinate bank transactions or vendor payments.
• Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST (GSTR1, GSTR3B), TDS, and support quarterly/annual tax routines.
• Documentation & Filing: Maintain organized files for purchase orders, client contracts, tax receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Audit Support: Work under the guidance of senior accounting professionals/auditors to prepare schedules and documentation for internal and annual audits.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of practical accounting experience, having worked directly alongside or under an experienced accountant/senior accountant.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
• Practical working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Indian accounting standards/statutory guidelines.
• Strong familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation procedures.

• High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, strong organizational skills, and good written/verbal communication.
