Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Proficient in GST and TDS compliance.
• Knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review books, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
• Supervise accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Prepare and review bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and management reports.
• Monitor expenses, outstanding receivables, payables, and cash/bank transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
• Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing and audit requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of financial information.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and support the management in financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and review books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
