Exactitude Infrastructure in Mumbai is seeking an Accounts Executive with 4–5 years of core experience in Indian accounting to handle day-to-day bookkeeping using Tally. You will verify transactions, manage vendor accounts, and assist with monthly closings and statutory filings.

Responsibilities include journal entries, GST/TDS compliance, bank reconciliations, and meticulous record keeping to ensure data accuracy. The role requires strong Excel skills and knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping.

Competenze

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• 4–5 years of continuous experience in Indian corporate accounting.
• Proficient in Tally Prime/ERP 9 and MS Excel.
• Solid knowledge of GST rules and TDS slabs.

Mansioni

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Accounts Executive with 4 to 5 years of core experience in the Indian accounting system. In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day bookkeeping, verifying financial transactions, managing vendor accounts, and ensuring data accuracy in Tally. You will support the senior management team during monthly closings and statutory filings.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Ledger Entries: Pass accurate journal, receipt, payment, purchase, and sales vouchers in Tally on a daily basis.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Verify vendor invoices for GST compliance, track outstanding balances, process vendor payments, and follow up on customer collections.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform routine Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) to ensure books match bank statements perfectly.
• Tax Documentation: Support the team leader by extracting, cleaning, and verifying data required for monthly GST filings and quarterly TDS deductions.
• Reconciliations: Conduct periodic vendor and customer ledger scrutiny, addressing and resolving any accounting balance differences immediately.
• Record Keeping: Maintain systematic physical and digital files for all tax invoices, payment vouchers, and financial agreements.

Job Requirements

• Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• Experience: 4 to 5 years of continuous experience in Indian corporate accounting.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP 9 and good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong fundamentals in double-entry bookkeeping, debit/credit concepts, and basic knowledge of GST rules and TDS slabs.
