Job summary

Budha Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST/TDS compliance and financial documentation. The role requires strong knowledge of GST, TDS, returns and reconciliation, with construction/infrastructure experience preferred.

The candidate should be proficient in Tally/ERP and MS Excel, and capable of independently ensuring timely monthly closings and accurate records.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in Construction/Infrastructure.
• Strong working knowledge of GST and TDS processes, returns and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel, with ability to prepare basic MIS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records accurately.
• Handle Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform Party/Vendor/Customer Reconciliation and maintain outstanding records.
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely GST compliance.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, returns, and related compliance.
• Assist in preparation and filing of statutory and tax returns.
• Manage purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries and ledger accounts.
• Verify invoices, vouchers, bills and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with CA/Auditors when required.
• Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports for management.
• Ensure timely closure of monthly accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, returns, and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records accurately.

• Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
