Job summary

Glassentials is seeking a Full-time Accountant in Ahmedabad district to manage day-to-day accounting, GST compliance and invoicing. You will handle billing, entries and records to keep books up to date, using Tally ERP 9 and Excel.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of accounting experience in manufacturing or trading, proficiency in Tally and GST, and strong attention to detail and communication skills. Salary ranges from 18k to 25k INR per month.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent (CA Inter / pursuing is a plus)
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, manufacturing or trading preferred
• Working knowledge of Tally (Prime or ERP 9), MS Excel and GST
• Good attention to detail and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales invoices, e-way bills and e-invoices.
• Enter purchase, sales, receipt and payment vouchers in Tally.
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and follow up on pending payments.
• Do bank reconciliation and daily cash and bank entries.
• Assist in GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS data preparation.
• Coordinate with sales, production and dispatch teams for billing and stock details.
• Prepare basic monthly reports (outstanding, expenses, sales summary).
• Keep accounting documents and files organized for audit.

Role
