Job summary

Trinity Plastech is seeking an Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting for our manufacturing and packaging plant. You will manage bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations using Tally/ERP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will also generate GST e-invoices, e-way bills, and dispatch documentation for orders, while tracking payables and receivables and coordinating with the CA for audits. This is an on-site full-time role at our Chennai plant.

Qualifications

• 25 years of hands-on accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing, factory or trading).
• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent finance degree.
• Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables). GST portal and E-way bill generation.

Responsibilities

The Role

Handle day-to-day accounting, billing, and tax compliance for our manufacturing and packaging plant.

• Day-to-Day Accounting: Bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations in Tally / ERP.
• Invoicing & Billing: Generate GST e-invoices, e-way bills, and dispatch documentation for customer orders.
• Payables & Receivables: Track vendor payments, raw material purchase bills, and follow up on customer outstanding collections.
• Taxation & Compliance: Prepare basic GST return data (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS computations, and coordinate with the CA for periodic audits.

Requirements

• Experience: 25 years of hands-on accounting experience (preferably in a manufacturing, factory, or trading business).
• Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent finance degree.
• Skills: Proficient in Tally (ERP 9 / Prime), MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables), GST portal, and E-way bill generation.
• Location: On-site full-time at plant/office.
