Job summary

LEAD Group is seeking an Academic Success Manager to transform education by empowering schools, teachers, and leaders to achieve excellence in teaching, learning, and operations.

Key responsibilities include coaching schools on LEAD, Pinnacle and Propel curricula, growing partnerships, managing collections, and delivering teacher training and classroom observations. Willingness to travel 15-20 days is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial exposure to school growth, collections, and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Academic Coaching & School Support: support schools in implementing LEAD, Pinnacle and Propel Curriculum and academic programs.
• School Growth & Retention: identify growth opportunities and drive upsell/cross-sell of products; strengthen partnerships for long-term engagement.
• Collections & Operational Coordination: ensure timely payments and coordinate orders with internal teams and schools.
• Teacher Training, Classroom Observation & Improvement: conduct training sessions and observations to improve pedagogy and student engagement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: build strong relationships with Principals and teachers to drive program adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Academic Coaching & School Support

• Support schools in effective implementation of LEAD, Pinnacle and Propel Curriculum and academic programs.
• Partner with school leaders to strengthen academic planning and improve student learning outcomes.

2. School Growth & Retention

• Identify growth opportunities within partner schools and drive upsell or cross-sell of relevant products and solutions.
• Strengthen school partnerships to ensure long-term engagement and retention.

3. Collections & Operational Coordination

• Ensure timely collection of payments from partner schools and track outstanding dues.
• Coordinate order placements and work with internal teams and schools to ensure smooth operational execution.

4. Teacher Training, Classroom Observation & Improvement

• Conduct teacher training sessions and classroom observations to strengthen pedagogy, teaching quality, and student engagement.
• Identify teacher capability gaps and provide structured feedback and coaching to support continuous improvement.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with Principals and teachers to ensure successful program adoption.
• Proactively address academic and operational challenges to drive better outcomes.

Who can be an Academic Success Manager?

• 3+ years of commercial exposure to school growth, collections, and renewals, along with strong stakeholder management skills.
• 3+ years of academic experience in schools as an Academic Coordinator, Teacher Trainer, or Teacher.
• Experience in training teachers, classroom observations and driving improved teaching outcomes.
• Willingness to travel to partner schools (15-20 days)
