Job summary

LEAD School is seeking an Academic Coach for Propel to train teachers, implement Propel curriculum, and collaborate with schools to drive results. The role focuses on building capacity within classrooms and ensuring successful adoption of the Propel system.

You will engage with schools across regions, conduct training sessions, and support teachers to improve learning outcomes for students. Willingness to travel within a ~150 km radius is expected.

Qualifications

• Background: Academic Coordinators or Teacher Trainers with at least 5 years of academic experience.
• Proven training experience and ability to drive teacher outcomes.
• Willingness to travel within ~150 km radius.

Responsibilities

• Train and Orient: Conduct teacher training sessions and lead parent orientations to build awareness and engagement with the Propel system.
• Drive Propel Implementation: Collaborate with schools to ensure seamless implementation of Propel curriculum in classrooms.
• Drive Compliance: Ensure timely collections and compliance with school agreements.
