Job summary

Manasa Mitr Management Consultancy is seeking a Fintech Academic Expert to lead teaching and research in financial technology. The role combines content review, research on fintech trends, and delivering lectures to students.

You will train and guide students, mentor them on projects, and translate complex fintech concepts into accessible lessons. A strong academic background with industry exposure is required, along with fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on Fintech, Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, or Digital Banking.
• 5+ years of industry experience in the FinTech, banking, or financial services.
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred.

We are seeking a highly qualified and innovative individual to join our team as a Fintech Academic Expert. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, industry experience, and a passion for teaching and research in the rapidly evolving field of financial technology.

1)Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review and give inputs on educational content related to fintech.
• Conduct research on current fintech trends and innovations and prepare case studies for fintech.
• Deliver lectures, train and guide student.

2)Technical capability

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Java, Python, etc, with hands-on coding experience.
• Practical knowledge of:
• Cloud computing and data analytics
• Financial markets, online lending and digital payments
• Business Process Re-engineering
• Blockchain and cryptocurrency fundamentals
• AI/ML concepts, deep learning, and big data processing
• Cybersecurity, APIs, open banking, InsurTech or RegTech
• Practical experience with at least one of the following is preferred: Bloomberg Terminal (financial markets), Ethereum (blockchain development), or TensorFlow (AI/ML & big data processing).

3)Education & Experience:
