Qualifications

• Ph.D. in FinTech, Management, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professor Cadre experience for 6-7 years.
• Significant academic and industry experience, preferably with leadership in FinTech, technology, program development, or higher education.
• Strong record of research publications, industry collaborations, consultancy, patents, funded projects, or innovation initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, networking, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor faculty and promote innovative teaching, research, publications, patents, consultancy, and funded projects.
• Establish FinTech Labs, Centers of Excellence, and industry-integrated learning ecosystems.
• Represent the University at relevant academic, industry, government, and professional forums.
