Job Overview

We are hiring for the role of Academic Operations Manager for OpenDoor, which is now an Ei Company.

The role requires the candidate to add more value to the schools through the Open Door assessments program. The candidate will be the face of the program for the schools and will be responsible for managing the program in at least 35+ schools, leading a team of 2-3 associates, and taking complete ownership of academic value addition, success and retention of the program in the assigned schools.

Looking for: an M.Sc./B.Tech/MBA background from premier institutes such as IITs/NITs/IISER/IIM, etc.

Experience: at least 2 years in a similar field role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of the Open Door Assessment program across 35+ schools spread across India.
• Facilitate mathematics and science training sessions for teachers, conducting workshops and acting as an academic consultant to the schools.
• Be open to traveling and visiting schools when required, as per the necessity of the program and its mission.
• Lead and manage a team of 2-3, ensuring smooth coordination and successful execution of responsibilities.
