Responsibilities

• Conduct baseline assessments in school.
• Support school teams and teachers to develop academic interventions plan and activity calendar.
• Support teachers to use TheTeacherApp effectively for professional development.
• Orient Principals and Teachers about the QSP Program.
• Implement all program activities as per Logical Framework and overall philosophy.
• Engage with and encourage community participation in school development activities.
• Motivate students to lead all in-school club activities.
• Plan and budget for all in-school activities on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Ensure effective reporting of program indicators in MIS/other templates.
• Engage with Block/District officials and provide information as needed.
• Follow operating guidelines for student safety during activities/ excursions.
• Prepare all program reports and support school during tenure.

Qualification and Experience Required:

• MSW/ MBA / Post Graduate in Rural Development.

• Workingexperience in school management, content/ curriculum development ordeveloping tools of assessment/ testing.
• Experience inimplementation of education program & Learning Outcomes.

About the Job:

The purpose of this role is to ensure project implementation inallocated schools and maintain quality and effectiveness as per logicalframework and in line with overall program philosophy.

Key Responsibility Area:

• Conductbaseline assessments in school.
• Support schoolteam and teachers to develop academic interventions plan and activitycalendar.
• Supportteachers to use TheTeacherApp effectively towards continuous professionaldevelopment.
• OrientPrincipal and Teacher about the QSP Program at regular intervals.
• Implementall program activities as per Logical Framework and in line with theoverall program philosophy.
• Engagewith and encourage community participation in school developmentactivities.
• Motivatestudents to lead all in school club activities.
• Keepthe school informed about various external competitions/participativeevents and bring in a culture of winning awards in partner schools.
• Planand budget for all in school activities, event, campaigns etc. on amonthly /quarterly basis as may be mutually agreed with the ReportingManager.
• Carryout activities as may also be planned by the HO and effectively implement.
• Ensureeffective and accurate reporting of all program indicators on amonthly/need basis in the online MIS portal/other reporting templates fromtime to time.
• Engagewith Block/District level department officials and provide necessaryinformation as may be asked for.
• Followall operating guidelines with respect to student safety both within andoutside the school in case of any external activities, competitions,excursion tours etc.
• Prepareall program reports, plan the exit process, and provide support to theschool on a need basis in case of program tenure completion.
