Job summary

Gold's Gym Fitness Institute (part of Cult.fit) in Delhi is hiring an Academic Counselor to drive certificate course sales, including fitness and personal training certifications. You will engage leads and close deals.

You will perform needs analysis, provide excellent customer service, build relationships, and handle sales administration with regular reporting to the Institute Head. 1+ year of sales experience in education or fitness is preferred.

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Academic Counselor to join our team at Gold's Gym Fitness Institute (part of Cult.fit). As a Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for driving sales of our certificate courses, including fitness certifications, personal training certifications, and group fitness certifications.

Responsibilitie s;

Sales and Revenue Growth:

• 1. Certificate Course Sales: Converting new sales leads and, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• 2. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting & networking.
• 3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive certificate course sales, including promotional offers, discounts, and bundling.

Customer Service, Needs Analysis, and Relationship Building:

• 1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries, resolving issues, and promoting Gold's Gym Fitness Institute's services.
• 2. Needs Analysis: Conduct needs analysis to determine the best certificate courses for prospective customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• 3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Sales Administration and Reporting:

• 1. Sales Administration: Manage sales administration tasks, including data entry, lead management, and sales reporting.
• 2. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager/Institute Head, highlighting sales performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements;

• 1. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• 2. Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or fitness industry.
• 3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
