The Academic Counsellor will act as the primary guide for learners throughout their journey at akumen. This role involves understanding learner aspirations, advising them on program choices, ensuring their progress, and helping create a motivating and productive learning environment aligned with akumens industry-led standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Counsel students and explain Akumen programs, fees, and benefits.
• 2. Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

• 1. 0-4 years of experience in counselling, education management, or learner support (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• 2. Experience working in edtech or training environments is an added advantage.
