Job summary

CADD Centre in India is hiring an Academic Counselor to bridge prospective learners with our training programs. You will guide engineering graduates and working professionals toward suitable certification tracks, and manage end-to-end admission lifecycles to drive enrollment.

You will conduct counseling sessions across in-person, phone, and online formats, maintain CRM records, follow up leads, and collaborate on center operations to meet enrollment and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (in-person, telephonic, and virtual) to understand students' career goals and academic backgrounds.
• Recommend targeted courses across engineering, design, IT, and project management disciplines (e.g., CADD Centre, LiveWire, DreamZone, Synergy).
• Clarify curriculum scope, software tooling, certification benefits, and prospective career pathways.
• Follow up promptly on walk-ins, inbound inquiries, website leads, and campaign leads.
• Maintain complete lead records, interaction notes, and pipeline statuses within the internal CRM system.
• Conduct structured follow-ups to transition prospective inquiries into confirmed admissions.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly student enrollment and revenue targets.
• Facilitate walk-in registrations, fee collection, batch scheduling coordination, and onboarding documentation.
• Participate in student engagement activities, career conclaves, college seminars, workshops, and promotional events.

Key Responsibilities

Student Consultation & Advisory

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (in-person, telephonic, and virtual) to understand students' career goals and academic backgrounds.
