Job summary

upEducators is seeking a proactive Outreach Executive to connect with schools and colleges for free workshops and training programs. The role emphasizes institutional outreach, coordination, follow-ups, and basic administrative support to ensure smooth execution of training programs.

You will identify institutions, explain workshop details, schedule sessions, coordinate before/after events, and manage registrations and data entry.

upEducators is looking for a proactive and organized Outreach Executive to connect with schools and colleges for conducting workshops. The role involves institutional outreach, coordination, follow-ups, and basic administrative support to ensure smooth execution of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to schools, colleges, and educational institutions for conducting Free workshops and training programs
• Explain workshop details, structure, and benefits to school authorities
• Follow up regularly and help schedule workshop sessions
• Coordinate with institutions before and after workshops
• Handle basic administrative work, including: registrations, data entry etc
• Share workshop links, messages, and updates via WhatsApp and email
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and outreach trackers

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (education background preferred)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp, email communication, and data handling
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Prior experience in outreach, coordination, sales support, or the education sector is an advantage
