Job Title: Academic Coordinator

Territory: Kerala

Job Description

1. Providing training in curriculum implementation
2. Conducting center visits for operational support
3. Conducting regular academic audits for the centers
4. Orientation programs for parents and teachers
5. Ensuring high standards of quality at the centers
6. Regular mentoring of all centers in and around the assigned territory
7. Ensuring regular teacher and CLO trainings for the centers
8. Maintaining centers as per LMEPL norms

Desired Skills

1. Excellent command over English
2. Familiarity with the preschool industry
3. Knowledge of preschool franchising (an added advantage)
4. Willingness to travel up to 15 days a month
5. Well-versed with early childhood curriculum
